Craters of the Moon

Well what can you say about such an unusual place. It smells, bubbles. gurgles and there is steam everywhere. You can only walk on the wooden walkways for safety but gee this place is awesome.

It is located just north of Taupo and if you want to see the boiling mud in the natural surroundings then go there. And yes it looks just like you would imagine the moon looks.

Caphi tries to throw eyes in .... daniel kotare & elmo .... boy this place stinks.
